This is my favorite secret for this week. But its really not a secret, is it?
Think about how the nation came to an uproar about that football player and dog fighting.....as opposed to being evenly remotely upset when there are so many humans who do go homeless and die everyday...
I do have to admit that I will ALWAYS give money to a homeless person who has a dog.... which is not always the case when they are alone and asking for funds. Hmmmmm
I also performed my first political action this week because I have a shameless secret which is:
I HAVE NEVER VOTED IN MY LIFE!
Yup..... I HAVE NEVER VOTED
Thats going to change. I gave my first political donation to.............try to guess...Never mind, I'll tell you:
Hillary Clinton..
A whopping $10 bucks. HAHAHAHAHA....like she needs my measly $10 bucks...But it made me feel like I am part of the process.

My heart always aches for the animal of a homeless person more than the person. I think its just because I get along better with animals than people LOL!
Anyhow, so now you have an 'investment' in this upcoming election, youre going to vote, right? :) (Go Hillary!)
Just because it might be interesting, voting is mandatory here in Australia - if you dont vote you are fined - cant remember how much, but its cheaper to vote! LOL
Mandatory voting, I think that is a great idea...maybe we would of not had George Bush as president! Yes, I am FOR SURE going to vote.
Here's MY secret! I voted for the first time - in the last election. And I voted with both of my children, and it was their first time as well.
Apparently all 3 of us voted different ways, but oh well, it was a wonderful feeling to finally do it, and to participate with my kids. :)
