Yo! Don't Mess Wit Us...Daisy Girl Is In The House!

Errrr......Don't Nobody Mess Wit Us.....Because I'm here to tell U, and I mean U; Dat....Daisy Girl Is Now In Da House!

Errrrrr......that is my mood today, and Daisy Girl is telling everyone to watch their step.

First, I feel irked about just everything and anything today. This is day six of my diet, and I feel very grouchy and I am wondering why in the hell am I going to do this AGAIN??? Ahhh that is fodder for another blog.....

So I was none to pleased today when I received the following comment on one of my blogs, here it is:

We have a dog. Your blog seems to be a cross between a dog lovers site and and... well... alternative lifestyle. I 'm not one to shamelessly promote a site, but your input would be welcome on http://wondercafe.ca and you can feed your blogs from there too.

Now what in the hell does that mean? "Alternative lifestyle"? If you were to click through to the link you will see that it is a Church site. Now come on.....

Can't a woman and her dogs blog in peace without someone judging our pack life....Errrrr , growl, and show my teeth.

Is living with my dogs considered alternative? O brother....

Okay here is the other post that was made about our blog from some conservative guy. The name of his blog is Apathetic Lemming of the North (say what?); Now...first take a look, this is HIS picture;
Here is what he said about my blog;

Apathetic Lemming of the North: A Blog about Blogs: "Someone else is blogging about blogs in the blogosphere. I'd guess that there are thousands, at least, like mine and 'Your Relevant.' 'Your Relevant' describes 'Our Mission' this way: 'To bring people and blogs together. There are so many good blogs out there that no one knows about. We here at 'your relevant' think that people should know about your blog.' The first half-dozen blogs reviewed were about: music; something called kiwipost (sounds interesting); music, movies and video; something called Pawhealer (with an odd picture); making making online; and fruity recipes."

First of all, who is this dude anyway.Go ahead a check out his blog...but try not to fall asleep.....You'll notice it does not say much of anything....

Secondly, he thinks my blog is odd! Ha....this guy is not only odd, but he is BORING.

So the moral of today's blog...Is to watch yourself...because Daisy Girl Is In Da House!

I'm not sure I'm afraid of Daisy girl quite yet, actually she seems quite adorable. But some people are just a bit weird about the comments they leave. You're happy living your life, people should cheer you on!
I do!

Hi! That conservative guy with the boring log here.

Sorry (no kidding) if I slighted your blog. That was a micro-review of a blog called "Your Relevant," and YR had posted something about your spiritual dog blog. I'm afraid that the picture in "Your Relevant" seemed odd to me. Why, I can't remember.

Just thought I'd touch base, since you looked up "Apathetic Lemming of the North."

Finally, you're not the first person to say that the Apathetic blog title needs an explanation. And, you're right.

BTW, I'm not exactly conservative, although it's an understandable misapprehension. I'm Catholic, which is hardly the same thing.

The guy with the eye is back.

Again, I'm sorry that my post about "Your Relevant" was insulting.

To make amends, I've added a post about Pawhealer/A Spiritual Dog Blog to "Apathetic Lemming of the North." I took the liberty of using your description, since your words were more eloquent than mine would have been.

(I still haven't re-posted and highlighted an explanation for that blog's name.)

For what it's worth, I enjoyed going through some of your posts.

One last thing: Sorry to keep coming back.

I hope you can believe that I have nothing to do with the person/people who made that "alternative lifestyle" remark.

As far as the "odd" picture goes, I'd never heard of Pawhealing before, and "Your Relevant" chose a picture involving a bodybuilder to illustrate your blog ( http://yourrelevant.blogspot.com/2007/08/pawhealer-your-relevant.html ). I couldn't figure out what she had to do with dogs, on a quick glance, so I referred to the picture as "odd."

My intent was to pique people's curiosity.

Again, my apologies.
